04 · Before you ask

The questions dive-centre owners actually ask.

How does the WhatsApp AI work?

It lives on your existing WhatsApp Business number. Divers message you as they do now. The AI answers anything routine in their own language, 24/7, checks whether the day is open and sends the booking link. Anything off-script is handed to your team with the full conversation in front of them.

How much does it cost?

One plan, everything included, nothing sold separately. We don't publish a rate card, but you'll have a straight answer at the demo, before you commit to anything.

We run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Can you move us over?

Yes, that's most centres when they arrive. We import your customer list and bookings during setup, so your history comes with you. Nothing retyped, nothing lost.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

It only answers from your own schedule, services and prices, and it doesn't take bookings itself: it sends your booking link and the customer books on your page. Anything it isn't sure about goes straight to your team, with the whole conversation in front of them.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), GDPR-compliant. Your customer list and bookings belong to you, with full CSV export at any time and no lock-in. We never train shared models on your data.

What does setup look like?

Under a week. We import your existing customer list, configure the AI with your services and pricing, connect your WhatsApp Business number, and train your team in a single video session. You go live the same week.

What if I'm not technical?

Then you're our target customer. We handle the entire setup. You never touch anything technical. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run DiveOps.
